As Duty Manager of reception, your job is to oversee, delegate, lead and manage all receptionist and clerical team duties at the Front of house reception. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression your team makes before and on arrival at the Once in Joburg - delivering that "once in a lifetime" experience for guests.
